Will the SMART NOBARK correct my dog when another dog barks?

No. The Triple Detection system checks the sound and frequency of the noise AND the vibration of your dog's own vocal cords. A bark from another dog, the TV, or a door slam doesn't produce that combination, so the collar filters it out — your dog is only corrected for his own barking, whining, or howling.

Do I need the app for the collar to work?

No. The collar works completely on its own once set up — setup takes minutes right on the collar. The free app is optional and adds the Bark Meter history, E-Collar Mode remote control, smart notifications, and deeper settings. There are no subscription or monthly fees.

Can I run it in vibration-only mode?
