Freight & Large Item Shipping

Some products—such as hunting dog crates, vehicle inserts, and other oversized equipment—ship via freight carriers rather than standard parcel delivery.

Freight Delivery Coordination

Large items ship via freight carriers. Once your order ships, we coordinate delivery and provide tracking information so you know what to expect.

Liftgate Service

Liftgate service may be included depending on the product, carrier, and delivery location.
If liftgate service is required and not included with your shipment, we will contact you prior to shipment to review available delivery options.

Vehicle Fitment Support

If you are unsure which product fits your vehicle or setup, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you select the correct item to avoid delays or returns.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product weight, size, and shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the United States.
Please note: oversized or freight-shipped items may not qualify for standard free shipping and may have additional delivery considerations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email before processing the shipment.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility and is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim

  • We are happy to assist by providing tracking information and documentation as needed

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
