Dakota 283 Hero Dog Kennel | Military-Grade Heavy Duty X-Large Dog Crate for Large & Giant Breeds

Dakota 283 Hero Dog Kennel

Built for demanding routines and dogs that need extra room, the Dakota 283 Hero Dog Kennel combines a heavy molded shell with practical features for travel, training and everyday use. This X-large dog kennel is designed for owners seeking a rugged transport crate for large dogs, hunting companions and working K9s whose measurements fit its interior.

Whether you’re heading to the training grounds or preparing for a hunting trip, the Hero’s molded-in side handles help with lifting and positioning and double as tie-down attachment points. A door with a lockable keyed paddle latchprovides controlled access to the compartment, while small, scattered ventilation holes promote airflow and are designed to limit places where dogs can gain a chewing grip.

For handlers searching for a heavy-duty dog crate for large dogs, a working dog travel kennel or a durable hunting dog crate, the Dakota 283 Hero delivers a straightforward design built around frequent use. The built-in drain hole makes it easier to hose out dirt and debris after muddy field days, keeping cleanup manageable between trips.

Molded and assembled in the USA, the Dakota 283 Hero Dog Kennel is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Compare your dog’s measurements with the kennel’s interior dimensions to choose a fit that allows comfortable standing, turning and lying down.
