- Poly Pet Tubs are built and shipped from Garnerville NY. Poly Tubs are made to order and take 4-6 weeks to manufacture before they can ship.
- You will receive shipping notification with tracking when it ships.
- If tubs are damaged during shipment they SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED (signed for), and should be left with the carrier for return.
