Hunting Journal Spiral Notebook - Chocolate Lab Hunting Dog Journal & Field Notebook | Ruled Lined Notebook 6x8, 118 Pages | Gift for Hunters and Hunting Dog Owners

A Hunting Journal for Hunters & the Dogs They Hunt With

This hunting journal spiral notebook opens on the best moment in the field — a chocolate Labrador retriever sitting steady in tall grass at sunrise, pheasants flushing against a golden sky, ready for the season. It is the hunting dog journal built for hunters who write it down: the covers that produced, the wind and weather, the points, the flushes, the retrieves your dog finally put together, and the buddies who were there to see it. Inside, 118 ruled lined pages give you an open format for hunting logs, scouting notes and dog training records — no cramped forms, just clean lines and room to tell it right.

Use this lined hunting notebook as an upland hunting journal, a pheasant hunting log companion, a waterfowl season diary, a retriever training log for marking, steadiness and handling progress, a scouting journal for tracks, sign and cover maps, or a camp and trip journal for the whole season. The handy 6 x 8 inch size rides in a vest pocket, blind bag, pack or truck console, and the metal spiral binding lays flat and folds back for writing on a tailgate or a camp chair. A document pocket inside the back cover keeps licenses, tags, stamps, maps and receipts together — everything a hunter needs and never has in one place.

Ruled Lined Pages for Hunting Logs, Scouting Notes & Dog Training Records

The 118 ruled line pages (59 sheets) of smooth 90 gsm paper take every kind of field writing — daily hunt entries with dates, weather and bag counts, dog work notes session by session, gear and load notes, property sketches and season summaries. Hunting dog owners also use this spiral notebook as a gun dog training diary, a hunt camp guest book, a fishing and camping trip journal, and an everyday notebook for the truck and the desk through the off-season.
